If you need to extend the duration of your reservation, you can make a new booking through our website or contact our customer support team.

If you exceed your booked time or fail to collect your belongings within the reserved period, an additional charge equivalent to the minimum booking period (3 hours) will apply, even if the excess time is less than 3 hours. The outstanding amount must be paid before your luggage can be collected.

Cancellation conditions depend on the policy applicable at the time of booking. Once your reservation has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will also receive a simplified invoice. If you require a full invoice, you may request one through our virtual assistant.
